InTown Suites Extended Stay Richmond VA - Chester

I decided to get a room for the week due to incoming winter storm. I booked a double for my father and myself. The room was clean, comfortable and the building and grounds are clean as well. Shameesha is awesome and I apologize if I misspelled your name Meesha. Everything has been comfortable and convenient. I will definitely stay again if the need arises. Thanks for being here.

We stayed there for the better part of 2 months while we waited for our new place to be ready and it was by far the best experience I could have hoped for. The staff were always ready to help if we needed it, weekly housekeeping visits and security checks (making sure the security features are still fully functional), and virtually undisturbed by other guests/hallway traffic or outside noises. If you’re in the area and need somewhere to stay, check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

I stayed here while attending a wedding and the location was great as it was very close to the wedding venue and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. My room was spacious and very clean! Cleanliness is important when I stay at a hotel and this one did not disappoint. The hallways were very clean and fresh smelling as was the elevator. The outside does need to be pressure washed due to environmental issues but don’t let that sway you…it’s a nice, quiet hotel and I felt very safe staying here.

Amulya, using my partners account. The stay was enjoyable. The service here was amazing. Desmond and Shalamesha were great. Walls aren’t too thin and you can hear a little noise from the hallways. If you need any help please don’t be afraid to talk to the GM Desmond. He is willing to make your stay wonderful for you. Shalamesha was very very respectful to me and helped every time I had a question and needed some help. For the price and location it was a good stay. The cleanliness was well and housekeeping and maintenance were very respectful. The people here also are sweet and respectful. I enjoyed my stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at this hotel for five weeks, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the service was consistently excellent, and the staff truly made this feel like a home away from home. A special shoutout to Desmond, the front desk manager—he was professional, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and runs things the right way. Also, Shalmessha at the front desk was amazing. She was kind, welcoming, and always had a great attitude. Anytime I needed help or had a question, she handled it with patience and a smile, which made a huge difference during a long stay. The overall service during my extended stay was top-tier, and it’s largely because of employees like Desmond and Shalmessha. They represent this hotel very well. This place is a island paradise of its own!! I've been here for almost a year and I couldn't have picked a better place. There's a beautiful lake right next to the hotel. I love just taking a walk by the lake and feeding the geese. Everything you could want is within walking distance feom the hotel. Grocery store, convenience store, dollar tree, dollar general and just about any restaurant you can think of with walking distance. Even a movie theater right beside the hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable and more spacious than any other hotel around. The cleaning team are on top of things!! And so is the maintenance team! Kenny is the absolute best! Being here is like being a part of a big family. It's amazing. And the manager Desmond is the absolute BEST. I cant say enough good things about him. I've done property management for almost 20 years and let me tell you, Desmond comes in the top 2 of managers I've ever worked with or come across. And that's saying A LOT. If you're looking for a place to stay, save your time looking and book your stay here. You'll be just as happy as I am.

Desmond took over as manager not long before the holidays and I have noticed a big change since he's taken over. Cops use to be here at least every other day and now you barely see them here. He has changed the atmosphere here in the short time he became GM not just that the WHOLE staff makes you feel welcome!! I would recommend staying here to anyone I know. They have cleaned the building up in so many ways as well!

I stayed Inhouse from Sept 4th - 25th. The Staff was wonderful and my room was really good also. It's location suited what I was looking for and the pricing was ok. Also, it's in a very safe location and easy access to Restaurants & Superrettes if you need to get some groceries and personal items. Would Highly Recommend Them
